I am not ok, but I am ok if that makes sense? Im just sitting at home quietly. Just not really doing anything but sitting cause thats all I feel I can do. Sit and sleep is all I have done since yetserday morning.

I wish I could communicate properly. I'm.having a lot of difficulty with that. That is definitely not my norm ever. I'm all.over the place. Not very in control of myself. My moods and thoughts are here, there and everywhere. There's nothing I can do but go through it. I'm too tired to do much else. X
