 Out walking and coffee here. Not easy. Afternoon shift today. Always stress on Fridays. Hope it works out okay. Take care.

well try not to stress too much and at least no work tomorrow @Meowmy  just got up again got couple more hours, going for walk now

Told self getting massage last week poss today @Meowmy stiff joints not good. Walk ok but not relaxing somehow
