@Shaz51, very much failing at self care at the moment, 

I keep promising to have next weekend off but have again worked through the weekend and feeling the effects. To add to that, for all of my efforts I have not been the least bit productive. I am sleeping well at the moment but not at all rested. 

We did have a nice family night out last night though, that was relaxing despite the children being high wired by the time we got home. It was good that they enjoyed our family outing though.

that souds like a lovely evening last night @Determined, and sometimes this count more in everyday living my friend

me too failing in one sense @Determined, but in another way to look at it , mr shaz and i spent time together watching taped shows for the day until lunch time  and then  I spent the afternoon with my mum and aunty at bingo
