Yeah, I have a sacroiliac joint sprain. It's so much fun @ENKELI. I have very tight butt muscles as well from the sprain. 

That's a good idea. If you have private health insurance, can you get a rebate for a massage?

my mum wanted the same as her brother --- to be cremated and no service

I have her ashes and am going to make a special spot in her garden which she loved 

my cousin held a family get together on saturday which was very nice

All good, @Snowie, I just had a uni lab, came home and have been working on a presentation I'm doing tomorrow morning over Zoom. My hips been very sore so I went and got some physio cream. 

Hi @Jynx, up and down, but I'm about to put the tv on and hope that helps distract me and I also will be speaking to my regular at KHL tonight so I'm sure that will go well. I'd go for a walk, but my hip hurts too much. How are you?
