haven’t been too well, but still trying to engage here when I can 

 I’ve had quite a bit of ptsd rummaging through my usually upbeat and ordered mind, which is creating a lack of function.

glad to hear your presentation went well. 
sorry to hear your asthma is playing up. My father and oldest brother have it really bad - they both sound like steam train whistles when they move and talk.

Things are tough on my end. I've been doing some uni work, watching some TV and had a flu shot today. I'm trying to distract myself, but it's not help all that much.
