Did you know that tin fruit has 18% of your sugar intake --- arrrgg , have to find some fresh fruit

ohh boy 5th day and I wanted toasted sandwiches -- I did , just ham and tomatoe

Little changes are the best way to go -- don`t try to overdo it -- that what my dietician said

ohh better go and drink some water , be back in a minute xx

@Shaz51  Good that you are doing this.

Its great to isolate food down to a few issues.  No it is not all about fat content.

I enjoy cooking a lot more now than I used to cos when kids were little I was stressing out about housing, finances, a million things. Took a low sugar, wholegrain and natural foods approach 30 years ago, but a relaxed approach, not fussy or extreme.  Just not much packaged foods.

I had a bunch of asparagus for dinner one night this week, when I only had to cook for me.
